Hello and Welcome!
- Provision Packs is a local non-profit that provides food for children on weekends and extended breaks to families facing economic hardship. Our program is designed to assist families who are struggling to provide consistent access to food. If you are in need of food assistance and your child or children are at risk of going unfed, please follow the below instructions.
- Our goal with these packs is to close the gap on childhood hunger and offer 8-10 meals and snacks to children when free breakfast and lunch are not available.
- These packs consist of shelf staples including, but not limited to: canned ravioli, soup, green beans, corn, apple sauce, pastries and sauce, peanut butter, granola bars, cereals, mac and cheese, pudding, etc.
- Each child will receive their first Provision Packs bag once this sign-up has been received. In the event there are multiple children in a household, please fill out a form for each child.
- Your child will discreetly (as possible, based on each administration and school design that allows) receive his/her bag of food from the school staff on each Friday, unless Friday is a holiday. The bag is packed with care to ensure that your child can fit them in a book bag. For questions or concerns about our program, visit www.provisionpacks.org for more information on the logistics of the bag disbursement, please contact your child’s guidance counselor.
